This pose strengthens the back muscles. It stretches the entire front of the body, ankles, thighs and groins, abdomen and chest, and throat, and deep hip flexors (psoas).

Thanks for your sharing Dileep. Can you please do some philosophy videos too ? I'm really looking forward to It. I really appreciate that you always share some practical philosophy in the class. It's very useful especially in a stressful city like Hong Kong
